Is this the right question to ask?

Often we hear this question pointed to us or the product we sale. But is this the right one?

Actually, it depends. It depends on the product we sale, on the value it gives us or our business.

For example: in medical situation it is better to put more money on the table, it is all about your health.

In other hand: computer industry. Everybody is looking to give less money for the same product - brand, specs and made.

Third one: Buying a book is always good. But think about the nature. It is better to buy a e-book reader, but it is not always cheaper.

So before asking for the price, think for the benefits, features, you and the nature...

Web Development Is Ok, Design Is Better

Today my designing ideas are greater than ever. I have designed the look of a meat producing company. One of the biggest in Bulgaria actually.

The things that I implement in their new site are:

- a clean top line;
- big and appetite header;
- horizontal navigation menu, easy visible on the screen due it's dark red color;
- slick icons and navigation elements

-do not turn away customers, make a special offer just for them
-be confident that your company will survive the crisis
-buy some stocks, their price will rise after the crisis and it is possible to win big money

Do You List?

Well this question is not asked properly. My friend and collegue told me about this trend.

Making lists, doing them makes you reacher than only listing your company on "some" lists that you are not familiar with... That is what I believe.

Think about it seriously, I know that this will help you push your work faster, easier and most important with more quality.




My list today/example/:

1. Drink coffee, reading the news.
2. Wash my teeth.
3. Check my Google Reader.
4. Sketch up the new design for the *** company.
5. Test the website of *** and make an audit.
6. Make some invoices on the incoming transfers today.
7. General meeting.
8. Meet Dave, about the new website.
9. Take my girl from work.
10. Write a story in weekle.

Your list will look pretty much like this and you will see that it works. Your efficiency will rise in short terms.

Can you?

We can. Me and my company have developed a facebook group that contains, info about the company, catalog with products ad services - right on facebook again and a form for inquiry and everything integrated with their website.

So what we achieved. Good looking group which differs a lot from the other groups around. Interactive connection with the website of the company that offers the services.

And not the last, we achieved a high and still rising conversion rate visit-buy.

Positivity Is The Key

Positivity is the key! Yes, I find out at last.

Be positive and the people around you will too. Be the funny guy in the company when you can. Not the clown, the funny guy.

Tell them the joke you learn today. Tell them funny stories about you and your friend and you will become friends too. I must tell you, being friend with everybody is not easy but facilitates everything :)

It is all about professionals now. My decision to share this with you has been really hard taken.

When you are a big company I mean with 200+ employees, the people follow every your move. Your competitors are looking to take something from you as a knowledge, technology or documentation process. However you don't tell the World that they do this, because this is how this turns.

But if you are a small company with big confidence and no coverage you become even more smaller than before if you say or claim someone that has stolen something from you.

Reasons to do this:

- You think that are the founder of the wheel and the hot water;
- You are too confident, but you should not be;
- Have some problems with business;


How to manage it:

- Think of your company as a real leader and do not bark at your competitors, beat them at the field;
- Learn how to process work better;
- Count on quality and the service;
- Ask your employees, if they like you as a leader they will tell you if they know.

And the worst now... I know companies that do this.

Survival Tips In The Winter

This is another trendy topic. It is cold and it easy to be stranded in a hard situation. Actually it is not hard to be in a survival situation and you will be between death and life, so read on...

1. Never hold your hands in the pocket when you are walking on ice. It is better to have some bruises than to brake something.

2. Wear dense pants. They will keep you save you not only from cold but and from the upper bruises :)

3. Stretch your hands, this will help you to grab something or someone of it is needed.

4. Keep away from the buildings or rocks if you are in the wilderness. There can be pendants.

5. If you are about to head North for a while thing for having long hair on your shoulders.

Ohhh I forget to tell you about my new knife, well may be next time ;)

Well this is really a trendy topic this days. However I will try to explain you some basic techniques to do your company more social.

Yes, I said social and this means SOCIAL. You should cry out this loud.

Social means:

-Facebook
-Linkedin
-Xing
and many other social community like sites. When I told you the first 4 sites needed for you to become visible on the net this doesn't means that you must run to it. Better count on professionals in this field of services.

When you become social there are things that are important for you to make it through thousands of other companies and service providers posting over the internet.

Things you should follow and remember to make great effort:

- first - pick the right company to make your website - better not looking only for the price, but the quality;
- second - if you are paying to a company to build your social e-campaign, make sure that they will guarantee you fans and followers to your profile;
- when the upper to processes are done - third - do not flood your channels of communication - you will loose your follower or/and fans;
- stand strong and be behind your sayings;
